[Notification Regarding Canada Post Strike and Our Logistics Contingency Plan]
Dear valued customer,
We regret to inform you that due to the breakdown in negotiations between Canada Post and its union, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has initiated a national strike effective September 26, 2025.
During this period, all mail and parcel processing and delivery services will be suspended, and some postal outlets will remain closed. Canada Post has explicitly stated that it will cease accepting new mail and suspend service guarantees for existing in-transit parcels until the strike is resolved. For more information, please refer to the official Canada Post announcement: CUPW has launched a national strike that will cause postal delays | Canada Post. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
To minimize the impact of potential logistics delays caused by strikes and ensure your logistics experience, we are making the following service adjustments:
Suspension of postal channels:
- Effective from September 26, 10:00 AM (local time), we will suspend new order placement services for the Canada Post (CPC) channel. Starting from September 26, 5:00 PM (local time), we will stop receiving shipments for the Canada Post (CPC) channel.
- Parcels already in transit may be at risk of delay. We recommend checking the latest logistics status through our official website.
New Alternative Logistics Solution:
We have integrated alternative service provider resources, which will cover 98%-99% of Canadian postal code areas with better delivery stability than postal services during the strike period. Please note the following during the strike:
- Orders with unreachable postal codes will not be delivered, and the system will automatically intercept them.
- While some postal codes may not be intercepted at the front end, the final decision is subject to the logistics service provider's system. If your order is intercepted by the service provider, we will promptly notify you and communicate follow-up actions.
We will closely monitor the situation and resume Canada Post services as soon as the strike risk is resolved. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please feel free to contact us at any time. Thank you for your understanding and support!

由于加拿大邮政与工会谈判破裂,加拿大邮政工人工会 (CUPW) 于2025年9月26日再次发起罢工行动,此次罢工范围为全国性罢工;
CUPW has launched a national strike that will cause postal delays | Canada Post
① 即日起(9月26日10:00),加拿大邮政(CPC)渠道暂停新订单下单服务,即日(9月26)17:00起,加拿大邮政(CPC)渠道停止收货入仓;
