Chic Decent fulfills orders and orders are Duty Delivery Paid. Store Pricing updated by Zones in line with different taxes and customs policies of different countries. And we ship to United States(covers Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, updated since 20241025), United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, Greece, Cyprus, Norway, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia(Suspended), Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, New Zealand, Hong Kong SAR (Resumed by EMS), South Korea(Suspended), Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Switzerland, Malta(Updated on Feb 06, 2025)

Place & Pack The Order

An order got placed at your side. Our warehouse parcel the ordered items. It normally takes 1 business day and we call it the processing time which depends on the product status.

Ship Term The Order

Parcel arrived shipper's sorting center generally the same day of the pack day; and be arranged for the cross border transpotation. It normally takes 3-20 working days to the destination country or city. And that's the express/standard shipping time.

Deliver The Order

Finally and lastly, the parcel delivered to you and be received at your side.

STANDARD SHIPPING TERMS AND FEES

This shipping method is activated since Mar 11, 2025.

Chic Decent fulfills orders via DHL from Shanghai Port to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and and European Union. (20250308, and the service coverage is expanding)

  • Generally takes 1-3 business days;
  • Shipping Fee 25US$, Ordering<69US$;
  • Shipping Fee 12.5US$, Ordering 69-99.99US$;
  • Free Shipping, Ordering≥99.99US$
  • On net subtotal without taxes calculated.
  • Remote areas and Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not available for this service.

Taxes and VAT

  • United States: Orders are subject to sales tax based on your shipping address and varied on local laws and calculated at checkout; no Tariff for order under 800USD. You don’t have additional charges besides what you paid online at chicdecent.com (20250301)
  • EU Members: Orders under €150 and taxes are calculated at checkout via IOSS solution, you don’t have additional charges besides what you paid online at chicdecent.com
  • Canada: Chic Decent’s shipper YunExpress or DHL will make your package duty delivery paid; and we have the Customs Fee charged inclusive in the product prices, you don’t have additional charges.
  • For other international shipments, all fees for orders under scope of the specified maximum order value, are included in our shipping costs.
  • If you've got taxed or double taxed, please contact us online with your receipt or other support documents for a refund.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To better service our customers, we might split or combine your order into multi or one shipment(s). You will receive multiple or one shipment(s) when your order is being fulfilled by product categories or transportation conditions. You will receive notification via email when your order is being split or combine into multiple or one shipment(s). There is no additional shipping fee when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment. Your shipping fee will refunded or deducted upon the order amount.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on chicdecent.com, visit the Account Information area. Make a Wrong to Right

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange new shipment for item/items that involved or make the refund accordingly. And we leave the item/items to be held at your side without return processed. More details, kindly read over our Refund Policy.
