"While our points-based loyalty supports multi-currency, the store credit-based loyalty has limited compatibility with multi-currency stores. This is due to how Shopify developed its checkout functionality. HOW TO EARN
  • Via Ordering: Earn 3X-5X Points for every USD$ (Limited by plug-in functions, default by USD but saving points as well) spent. We take into account the order subtotal, not the total. So, tax and shipping are not included in the points calculation.
  • Via Sharing: Login to your Member Account to get your referral link; share it and as your friend clicks on the link, they will see a prompt to enter their email address for receiving the 'Friend' reward; your friend will get 10% OFF their first order when they spend over 30USD$; earn 200 Points for every successful referral you make;
  • Via Signup: 200 Points/2USD Store Credit;
  • Via Celebrating Birthday: 365 points/3.65USD Store Credit! Birth date at least 30 days in advance to be rewarded.
WAYS TO REDEEM
  • Redeem points into store credits.
  • 100 Points = 1 USD$ Store Credit (Limited by plug-in functions, default by USD but saving points as well)
  • The system doesn't distinguish between orders paid with actual money and store credit, so you will be rewarded with store credit for the full amount you have paid.
EXPIRY
  • Your points/store credit from member will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from the issued date.
  • After that date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis of 1 year (365 days).
