PRECAUTIONS

Because this product contains active ingredients (Niacinamide, Vitamin C derivatives, Pearl Powder, and botanical extracts) plus two separate powder formulas, follow these safety guidelines:

Skin Sensitivity & Patch Test

• Potential irritants: Contains Fragrance and Lavender Oil (in shade 02). Also Citric Acid and Lavandula Angustifolia Oil may cause reactions in sensitive or reactive skin.
• Patch test: Apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner arm. Wait 24 hours. If redness, itching, or burning occurs, do not use on your face.
• Avoid if allergic to: Silica, mica, aluminum compounds, or any botanical oils.

Eye Area Safety

The powder is finely milled and can drift into eyes.

• Do not apply directly to the waterline or inner lash line.
• If using under eyes for brightening (common with lavender/pink shades), close eyes tightly and tap off excess before applying.

Respiratory Precaution

• Silica and Nylon-12 particles can be airborne. Inhaling large amounts of loose powder may irritate lungs.
• How to avoid: Tap the puff or brush away from your face. Do not blow excess powder into the air. Apply in a well-ventilated area.

Storage & Hygiene

• Keep dry: The powder contains Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, which absorbs moisture aggressively. If water gets into the jar, the powder will harden into clumps and breed bacteria.
• Use clean tools: Wash your puff or brush every 1–2 weeks. Dirty applicators transfer oil and bacteria into the jar, reducing preservative efficacy (preserved with Phenoxyethanol, which works best in low-moisture environments).
• Close tightly after each use: The dual formulas (especially Formula 2 with Magnesium Myristate) can absorb humidity from the air and become cakey.
• Keep Out of Reach of Children: Store the product in a safe place away from young children.

Ingredient-Specific Warnings

• Niacinamide (in both formulas) - May cause temporary flushing in very high doses – start with a thin layer.
• Ascorbyl Glucoside / Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - Can oxidize if exposed to sunlight. Store jar away from direct light.
• Pearl Powder & Silk Powder - Protein-based; if you have a known allergy to shellfish or silk (rare), avoid.
• CI 77007 (Ultramarine Blue) in #01, CI 77742 (Manganese Violet) in #02 - Synthetic colorants – safe for external use, but avoid broken skin or open wounds.
• Olea Europaea Fruit Oil (shade 01) - Non-comedogenic for most, but highly acne-prone skin may want to patch test.

When NOT to Use

• On active acne lesions (open or weeping) – the powder can trap bacteria.
• On sunburned or compromised skin (the film-forming agents may cause tightness and peeling).
• If you have respiratory conditions like asthma – consider a pressed powder instead.

How to Apply

Since this is a dual-color powder (White + Pink / White + Lavender), you have a few flexible ways to use it depending on the finish you want:

Prep Your Skin

• Start with your usual skincare and foundation/base makeup. Make sure your base is evenly applied. This powder works best when applied over a smooth, set base.

Choose Your Application Method

• Method A: The Pre-Mix (For an All-Over Glow)
• If you want a uniform brightening effect, you can gently swirl your puff or a large fluffy brush over both colors in the container to pick up a mix of the white and the colored powder. This blends the tone-correcting and brightening benefits seamlessly.
• Method B: The Targeted Approach (For Specific Tone Correction)
• Use the White powder to set your T-zone or areas where you want pure translucency and oil control.
• Use the Pink (01#) or Lavender (02#) powder specifically on dull areas, around the mouth, or on the outer perimeter of your face to color-correct and brighten your overall complexion.

Apply with a Puff (For a Flawless, Matte Finish)

• Take a clean powder puff, press it into the powder, and fold/rub the puff together to distribute the powder evenly. Gently press and roll the puff onto your skin (especially the T-zone and under-eye area). This "baking" or pressing technique locks in your foundation and maximizes the oil-controlling and blurring effects.

Apply with a Brush (For a Natural, Sheer Finish)

• If you prefer a lighter touch, use a large, fluffy powder brush. Swirl it in the powder, tap off the excess, and lightly dust it all over your face. This gives a soft-focus, airbrushed look without being too heavy.

Finish and Touch Up

• Once applied, your skin should look smooth, matte, and visibly brighter. Throughout the day, you can use this powder to touch up any shiny areas. The oil-absorbing ingredients (Silica and Aluminum Starch) will instantly mattify your skin without disturbing the makeup underneath.

Pro Tips for Best Results

• For dry skin: Mist a setting spray (water-based) lightly over the powder after application. The Sodium Hyaluronate will plump up, giving a "skin-like" finish instead of powdery.
• For oily skin: Apply using the baking method only on your T-zone. Use a brush for the rest of the face to avoid a heavy mask.
• To avoid flashback: Because this contains silica and mica, it can cause flashback in photography if over-applied. Use a very thin layer for flash photography – or test first with a camera flash.
