Precautions

Allergic Reaction / Patch Test

• Why: This product contains Nano particles (Zinc Oxide, Titanium Dioxide), chemical filters (Homosalate), and fragrance components (Cistus Monspeliensis Extract).
• Action: While this is formulated to be gentle, if you have very sensitive skin, perform a patch test on your inner arm or behind the ear 24 hours before applying it to your face. 

Eye Irritation

• Why: Chemical sunscreens and silica can cause stinging if they migrate into the eyes.
• Action: Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. 

Nano Ingredient Inhalation

• Why: The product contains Zinc Oxide (Nano) and Titanium Dioxide (Nano) in a lotion form.
• Action: While safe on skin, avoid intentionally spraying or aerosolizing the product. Do not inhale it. 

Removal Requirement (Crucial)

• Why: This is a water-resistant, silicone-based primer sunscreen. The film-formers (Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Lauryl PEG-10) and silicones are designed to stick to the skin.
• Action: You must double cleanse (oil-based cleanser followed by water-based cleanser) at the end of the day. Failure to properly remove this can lead to clogged pores. 

Stopping Use

• Discontinue use if you notice redness, swelling, or itching.

Storage and Kids Safety

• Adult Cosmetics. Always keep the the product away from children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight. 

How to Apply

Because this product functions as both a sunscreen and a makeup primer, the application technique differs slightly from a regular moisturizer. 

Step 1: The Final Step

• Apply this as the last step of your skincare routine (after serum/moisturizer) but before your foundation or concealer. 

Step 2: Dispensing

• Shake the bottle well before use. Because it contains physical filters (Zinc/Titanium Dioxide) and powders (Silica), shaking ensures the ingredients are evenly mixed. 

Step 3: The "Dime-Sized" Rule

• To get the labeled SPF protection, you must apply a sufficient amount. Use approximately 1 coin sized amount (or two finger segments) for your entire face and neck. 

Step 4: Application Technique (Dabbing, Not Rubbing)

• Dot the product onto the forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin.
• Do not rub or scrub vigorously. This can cause "pilling" (little balls of product) due to the silica and film-forming agents.
• Instead, gently pat and spread the product outward. The warmth of your hands will help it set. 

Step 5: Timing

• Wait Time: Allow the sunscreen to set for 2–3 minutes before applying foundation. This allows the volatile silicones to evaporate and the "primer" film to form.
• Sun Exposure: Wait at least 15 minutes after application before going out in the sun to allow the chemical filters (Homosalate, Ethylhexyl Salicylate) to bind to the skin and become effective. 

Step 6: Reapplication

• Sunscreen durability is about 2 hours. If you are outdoors, reapply every 2 hours.
• Note: Because this has a primer finish, reapplying over makeup can be tricky. It is best used for morning application under makeup; for touch-ups, consider using a sunscreen mist or powder over your makeup. 

Step 7: Morning Use Only

• This is strictly a daytime product. Do not use it as a night cream.
