• Pigment Dispersion: The combination of Polyglyceryl-2 Diisostearate and Triisostearate are polymeric emulsifiers that help disperse the color pigments evenly, ensuring high color payoff without patchiness.
• Multi-Use: Given the name "Multi-Purpose," this texture is ideal for use on both lips and cheeks. The volatile silicones allow it to set on the lips but blend out easily on the cheeks before evaporation.

PRECAUTIONS

Allergic Reaction & Patch Test

• Key Allergens: This product contains Fragrance and Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A). While generally safe, these can be irritants for sensitive skin.
• Recommendation: If you have sensitive skin, perform a patch test on your inner arm or behind your ear 24 hours before using it on your lips or face. 

Avoid Contact with Eyes

• The formula contains Silica and Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (mica particles). If these get into the eyes, they can cause severe irritation and scratching.
• Rinse Immediately: If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of clean water. 

Do Not Ingest

• This product is for external use only. While minor ingestion (licking lips) is unavoidable, do not intentionally eat the product. It contains CI 15850 (Red 7 Lake) and other colorants which are certified for cosmetic use but are not food-grade. 

Storage

• Silicone Separation: Due to the high content of Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer and volatile oils (Octyl Methicone), store the tube upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Consistency: Extreme heat may cause the product to become overly liquid (separate), and extreme cold may make it difficult to squeeze out. 

Lip Health (Specific to Long-Wear Formulas)

• Dryness Risk: This formula is designed to "set" or "lock" onto the skin. Long-wear matte products can sometimes be drying over time (8+ hours).
• Precaution: If you have chapped lips, exfoliate and apply a thin layer of lip balm first. Allow the balm to absorb completely (5 minutes) before applying this product to prevent the balm from breaking down the silicone film.
• If skin irritation occurs during use, please discontinue use immediately. 

Interaction with Oils

• Removal Required: The silicone film-formers in this product (VP/Hexadecene Copolymer) are resistant to water but are soluble in oils.
• Precaution: Eating oily foods will break down the product's longevity and may cause it to fade unevenly.
